He is currently the CEO of Carbon, Inc. a startup company he founded with inspiration by the Terminator movies and to make 3D printing 25 to 100 times faster. Joe is a polymer chemist, faculty member, teacher, mentor, entrepreneur, CEO, diversity leader and just an all around great person.

He is now working on his second FinTech company, Hello401, a retirement investment platform for employers, employees and professional investors. Before starting FolioDynamix, Aaron was a vice president at Citigroup where helped advance the Asset Manager Solutions global strategy efforts.
