At the Energy Innovation Showcase, innovative start-ups, incubators, researchers, and investors share their experience and technologies with you in this virtual showcase. Duke China-U.S. Summit 2020: Beyond 2020

As China-U.S. relations enter a new era of rising tensions, Duke China-U.S. Summit (DCUS) 2020 seeks to engage experts, commentators and professionals across industries to discuss emerging opportunities for China and the U.S. to maintain a constructive relationship. The summit is schedule on Saturday, Feb 29th at Penn Pavilion. Conversations will be centered around the theme of "Beyond 2020: China-U.S. Relations in the New Decade".

Our World: Three Inflection Points ... and what to do about them

Geoffrey Garrett is returning to Duke for a conversation with the Duke community. He is the 3rd highest ranked LinkedIn Influencer in Money and Finance and Dean of the highest ranked business school in the country.

Garrett is presenting, "Our World: Three Inflection Points .. and what to do about them." Topics will include trade with China, the impact of 5G, job vulnerability and automation, populism, and polarization.

She has held previous MSL roles at Teva Pharmaceuticals and UCB with expertise spanning epilepsy, migraine, movement disorders and women's mental health. She received her PhD in Pharmacology from Duke University in 2004 with a focus in neuropharmacology and a certificate in Toxicology. Heather received her Bachelor's Degree in Neuroscience and Mathematics from Colgate University.
