The Support@Duke service management system (sometimes referred to as ServiceNow) is used at Duke for several applications and projects, including an online knowledgebase and a request tracking system.

The online knowledgebase allows the Duke community to search for answers to technical questions online. Access to this resource is limited to Duke affiliates and requires authentication via your NETID and password.
